My complaint:
my gate was shut and bolts were down when packlinkhermes driver came to collect my parcel. she forced gate and in doing so broke the front panel in half. a young lady who was with her then jumped the wall to collect the package. they denied braking gate despite being seen by passers by.
Suggested solution:
i would ideally like the cost of a gate or at the very least compensation to repair broken piece.
