My complaint:

I want to make official complain I will send that to eBya Head Office as well.

I was contacting Packlink few times and since now my issue is not resolved .

Even after emails from packlink ing that parcel was lost and that I will get refund nothing happened.

I done everything from my end I have to give money back to the customer and I can’t get claims money for lost parcels .

I demand action in that matters if not I will go forward and I will escalete that problems .
