My complaint:
I purchased on the 21 May and posted on the 30 May, the item was Large vintage bunny rabbit soft toy 1980s and the order number is 07-08655-56841 and the item number was 195052448207. EvriHermes hasn’t received the parcel from Packlink and the item still hasn’t been delivered, even though I have had a refund I want to know if I’m going to still get my item. I want to know who and why my soft toy bunny rabbit hasn’t been delivered, even though they were running behind.
Suggested solution:
I want an explanation as to where my parcel is and why it hasn't been delivered also why HermesEvri didn't receive the parcel. I want the item and I would like it to be delivered.
