My complaint:
Good Morning, I am trying to connect with an agent or online but is not allowing me to.
I have just recently changed my flight date and asked to upgrade to business class.
Just checked the Virgin Atlantic app it seems like your agent (Turan) I think he says his name has charged me £446 to upgrade to bsiness class but when for reason it seems I’m in premium.
Can you please check the details and upgrade me to business class as what your agent advised me to pay for?
I also asked far him to email me the conversation he told me to screenshot some of it because you guys don’t do that. Please see below some of the screenshots.
Please noted that I have been in communication with Opodo customer service team, they charge my card £446 and promise me upper-class upgrade seat.

Suggested solution:
They need either refund my £446 or upgrade me to upper as they promised, there’s an screenshots messages as my proof.
