My complaint:
Is about a refund, a refund that I don’t think I’ll ever get! No contact from them at all, can’t speak to them, can’t get any information from them, except for a refund status, which is incorrect anyway! The airline have give the the money back and clearly they just don’t want to give it back to me, avoiding it at all costs!
Suggested solution:
They should be professional and just contact me and give me what is mine, not theirs!
