My complaint:
I booked a direct flight London to Vancouver 9h20m leaving at 14:10.
My ation email has now ‘changed’ to a 17h flight leaving at a completely different time. There’s no details of stop overs and that FB chatbot is the worst thing on this planet.
Suggested solution:
Refund me or contact me or sort it out so I’m actually on that flight.
