My complaint:
Hello,
Unauthorised credit card transaction amount: 109.99€ on 21 December 2024 towards Opodo Prime Annual.
This transaction happened not with my consent. I did not make the above transaction. I booked a ticket using my credit through Opodo on Dec 6th, 2024, and the ticket price was deducted from my credit card. Followed by without my consent, Opodo deducted 109.99€ from my credit card on Dec 21, 2024, towards Opodo prime membership. I did not request any Opodo Prime membership.
Opodo customer care informed me that they had informed me via email before deducting the amount from my credit card, but I did not receive any email. Moreover, the amount deducted without my authorisation (my consent). An image of credit card transation towards Opodo attached.
I kindly request you take necessary action to recover 109.99€ from Opodo.
