My complaint:

When I booked my ticket in Opodo for my travel, I used my mobile app and I logged in using my Gmail id. When I did my booking my name was autoformatted by the app and wrongly saved, without giving me an option to review. After the payment, I got a ation mail. But my name was in the wrong format, I contacted customer care, they told me it is possible to change the name, if they have told me it is not possible, I could have disputed the payment. Before my travel I contacted them they said the same answer. On the day of travel, I could not check-in, so I contacted them again, this time they told me, I should contact the airlines, the airline explained to me that I need to discuss it with the agent. Finally, I could not board in. When I contacted the airlines they said they will allow me to do rebooking with the name change. When I contacted to rebook they said it’s not possible and blamed me, that I did not check it properly. I was very disheartened by the way the customer care agents spoke to me, after some time they challenged me that they will not do it.

Suggested solution:

I was very disheartened by the way the customer care agents spoke to me. I want them to refund or rebook the tickets for my travel.
