Opodo complaint: Cheated by Opodo advisor over flight cancellations

My complaint:

After booking online on Opodo website on 2442022 1.10am 5 airline return tickets paid £1939plus £60 Opodo prime (reference 9208217608)(Air line reference TGGXMR) Phoned Opodo within 48 hours of booking as needed to correct an error with a single letter missing from one name of our passengers which is Opodo fault as we filled correct names but only after the mistake came as wasn’t present when we did final check judt before ing and paying the booking ,called back 12.30am bst 2442022 so Opodo said we had to contact Turkish airlines (we did in less 48 hours of the booking ) but they said it should be Opodo to alter the mistake and Opodo told us they can’t do anything so we’re forced to cancel all flights(they said we had no choice )they offered only refund £1682 so we lose nearly £300,then they lied to us after they cancelled they said they made mistake and they can only refund £1342 ?!!?which we never told nor agreed.all this is a scam and rip off and we demand our full money back £1939 as we were always misguided cheated and directed wrongly by Opodo advisers even within 48 hours of booking we have rights in that short notice especially I am taking this to ombudsman and posted on “complain.biz” if not fully refunded and compensated for our pain of phoning few times and emails and stressing over the whole issue.

Suggested solution:

Total refund £1939.80 and we want to cancel Opodo prime £56.07 too the current and future subscriptions.
