Opodo complaint: Unjustified credit card charge

My complaint:

Opodo drew around EUR 100 for a flight that wasn’t booked by them. I was informed a refund would be effective within 10 days but nothing happened since 25 days. It is impossible to get a refund nor contact opodo directly without further charge.

Suggested solution:

I should be refunded the excess opodo charged from my credit card.
