My complaint:
I purchased a ticket for Lagos to Manchester via Turkish airline ( 19/06/2023)
I purchased this ticket on 21/05/2023
I cancelled this ticket on the 30/05/2023
I was told refund will take 30days
I haven’t received my refund till date
I have logged complaints and called severally but they seem not to help at all
Suggested solution:
I am very frustrated
