My complaint:

My flight was booked for October 31st 2020 and was cancelled by the airline. I have claimed a refund through the agent used and agent has a cash requested from Qatar Airways and is still awaiting for the refund which I still havent received from Opodo as yet (July 2023)
I contacted the airline directly about the refund and was advised that I should be refunded by the booking agent I used which is Opodo.

Suggested solution:

I would like my refund to be processed and paid back immediately. Also, based on the length of the delay in getting my refund, I am therefore also seeking compensation/ interest on the amount held by Opodo.
