My complaint:
I flew to Memmingen, Germany from London. had booked both ticket through Opodo. They sent me a notification about my cancelled flight (19.04.22) back to London. I got panicked because i had to make sure i can get back to London on 19.04.22 the day when i originally booked my flight as i had to go to work next day. So i booked a flight from Zurich-London as there was no other option to get back to the UK on time.Otherwise i would’ve cancelled my travel which would’ve been even more disappointing. It cost me £270. I couldn’t get in contact with Ryanair either. On 19.04.22 got emails from Ryanair to check in for my Memmingen flight.it turned out it’s never been cancelled. So i came home with it. I would like to charge Opodo for my £270 ticket that i bought because of their false information. It’s totally unacceptable . I have all the evidence about their false communication.

Compensate me for my unused flight ticket. £270
