My complaint:

I booked and paid for a return flight to Marseilles from Gatwick for 24th June for £110.52 ( EZY8723) and have yet to receive any information to my email address jpsbird1@hotmail.com. I need a booking number to speak to the robots and don’t have one!

Suggested solution:

Send me my booking details for my return to Marseilles from Gatwick for 24th June for £110.52 ( EZY8723) to my email address jpsbird1@hotmail.com
