My complaint:
I have tried to cancel my subscription with opodo since last week, none of the phone numbers work and the one suggested on the site doesn’t even exist so now I am £50 down and rather shoddy customer service.
Suggested solution:
return my money as clearly getting one to sign up us easy but the method of cancellation is made more complicated to prevent anyone leaving!
