My complaint:
I bought a Lufthansa flight from London Heathrow to Lagos from 191021 to 041121 and part of the booking was cancelled by airline without any further explanation as to full refund of booking. I have been defrauded to pay as a prime member with no use whatsoever. The agents are unhelpful and lies every time you contact promising to resolve but do nothing. I also booked another ticket to Sweden with my children and a letter of the surname was typed in error, I have contacted Opodo severally about this to no avail
Suggested solution:
I want my full refund and my daughters name corrected asap
