My complaint:
I purchased a ticket not noticing that I have subscribed to Opodo prime. A few weeks later , I noticed a charge of 54.99 on my credit card, I tried to reach them many times with no luck. I am very upset that they subscribed me without my knowledge and without an email. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a full refund. This is a total scam and misuse of customer’s trust. In addition, they do not allow me to remove my credit card on my account.
Suggested solution:
Please ask them to cancel my membership and give me full refund for the year 2022. The starting date on the account indicated 25032022. Thank you.
