My complaint:
I have booked round ticket for my family from London to Colombo on 23102021 via opodo. Sri lankan air line cancel my return flight and offered a different date.
Person named Mr Rafael called me from Opodo (T.N 02033724341) told that he has contacted Sir Lankan air line and they agreed to refund money to book a different flight for me . I told him I cant pay for another ticket until I get ation from SL airline. Then I got ation email from srilanka.airline@myroundtriplts.co.uk ing that they received refund request. Then I paid him 1600 GBP for returned ticket from Qatar airways. That ation I got from qatar.airways@myroundtripsltd.co.uk.
As I have not got any refund until 3 months I contacted Lankan airlines and the stated that they haven got any refund request for me.
Its look like OpodoRafael cheated me to sell another ticket for me and this cost me additional 1600 pounds.
Please investigate this and update me
