My complaint:
Flight outbound they over booked and have to issue a refund which was assured it would be with in 10 days. Asked to cancel the return too as they have messed up once and would need to re book with different companyairline.
Refund after 10 days not received and said it’s still under request and when it’s processed can take 180 days to return.
Suggested solution:
Refund in full for the mistake that was made and not Lie about the situation and at least try to help.
