My complaint:

booking number 6707119602
They shouldn’t sell the ticket in the first place due to corona and other policy.

My mum went to the airport, and was unable to fly. Called opodo on 10 th August at 00.03 pm, a member of Opodo staff called Jasdeef ed refund within 2-4 working days, but till today, 3rd October, I didn’t receive a penny from Opodo.
