My complaint:
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Both bookings are cancelled since one year. I have asked for refund and until now both cases are not resolved and no money was credited.
The amount is significant with 2,546.29 EUR and 913.13 EUR
During last call end of last year it was promised that this will be settled.
This is really not serious and I can not judge by whom? One flight refers and the bigger sun to Star Alliance who stands for standard
