My complaint:

I purchased tickets with Opodo on Turkish Airlines to go to San Francisco from Dubai via Istanbul on the 24th July 2020. One leg of my journey was cancelled which made it impossible for me to make the second leg of my journey impossible. I requested a refund. Here I am nearly one year later and still nothing.

Suggested solution:

I would like the amount of AED4500 to be refunded to me as promised.
