My complaint:
I booked a return ticket with the intention to travel on the 8th of April 2020 (booking reference: 4945753671 ). Unfortunately, the said flight was cancelled and I requested a refund.
The only option available for a refund was a voucher. I have to date not received the voucher nor used any of such.
My attempts to use this was met with the information that my case has been resolved.
Suggested solution:
I am requesting a voucher covering the total sum spent on the cancelled flight be sent to me via email. Alternatively, a complete cash refund of same as soon as possible.
I have waited too long for this issue to be resolved and will make a case if it is not resolved as soon as possible
