My complaint:
I booked my ticket on the 4th of April, airline reference UWVISG to travel to Nigeria on the 15th of July. I got an email to say booking ed only to then call opodo yesterday on the 9th of July and was told my ticket had been cancelled weeks ago but I didn’t get an email to claim it was cancelled. The person I spoke to know the phone was very rude and would not help at all. He hung up on me. The service received from opodo has been horrible. I had to call the airline directly to see what help can be rendered as the reason I’m traveling is for my daughters wedding and that can not be avoided.
Suggested solution:
I want like to get a compensation for going through all that and not being informed either by email or telephone. Its just horrible
