Opodo complaint: Money grabbing company

My complaint:

Flying from London to Conakry on June 22nd, 2021; I had an issue with a valid COVID-19 test that the airline, RAM (Royal Air Morocco), refused at first instance. Then I contacted OPODO.co.uk for a rebooking explaining the situation. They charged me 176 Euros. Not satisfied with the RAM decision; I did challenge it before the check-in manager that understood I was right, and the airline accepted me to check in. I did call OPODO asking the agent to put my name back on the system in order to be on the list and to check in. Because I already paid, and they want to keep my money for free, he kept me in hold and becoming aggressive arguing that the flight is about to close while the airline manager was next to me wait for him to do what necessary for me to be on the flight. The RAM manager witnessing his bad faith; he decided to override the system and checked me in. Thus, I have been able to make it and I flew as previously booked. So why Opodo is refusing to reply to my request, they are not answering to my complaint nor answering my phone calls that they cut off ant time pretending the line is bad. Within minutes, I ask to put my booking back to the previous state and I flew as first booked, why the 176 Euros for? They were aware of the all situation evolving because I was calling them hoping of their help and good customer service, and I am a Prime traveler with OPODO. They treated me unfairly just to grab 176 Euros for no acceptable and a fair reason.

Suggested solution:

Opodo must refund the 176 Euros they unfairly charged me for no reason at all !

We bought a ticket from Opodo from Oslo to Manila on 03.july.2021 and from Manila til Oslo on 01.august 2021. We got all information about the flight. We came to the airport Gardermoen Oslo at about 04:00 in the morning because the flight from Oslo to Kastrup at 06:00 in the morning. We got all document om Covid-19 vaccine and test. We ordered only handbagasje for not disturbing the rout from Oslo to Manila not to have problem with the transitt. SAS did not accept our ticket. SAS told us that our ticket was not valid. Hi Charito,
I wonder if this was resolved in any way. I had a similar problem with my flight from Valencia-Amsterdam-Copenhagen yesterday. KLM told me that my ticket was cancelled and I did not receive any notice about it from Opodo nor KLM. I’d like to know if you have solved it and how you did it in case. These corporations like to suck money out of customers and they don’t take any responsibilities… So sorry to hear and hope we’ll get things solved.
