My complaint:

OPODO REF: 14752706367 VUELING AIRLINES REF: UKT4JA
With reference to the above booking, I am very disappointed that there has been no communication from any Supervisor/Manager that I was promised by the person that I spoke to on Tuesday, 13th February regarding the obvious errors created by Vueling Airlines regarding our luggage choices. We have booked the flights and paid for the checked luggage to Opodo and it is your responsibility to ensure that we as your customers under the Consumer Rights Act get the correct flights and baggage allowances. We paid Opodo for 2 x20kg checked bags going outwards and the same for the return journey. But when we received the ation from Vueling Airlines, this stated that the baggage was changed to 2x20kg, 1x 15kg and 1 x25kg bags ALL on the outward flight and NO checked baggage on the return leg. This was ed by the person that I spoke to on Tuesday and they were unable to rectify the issue. It was then that I requested to speak to a Supervisor or Manager but I was told there was no such personnel around which is concerning when you boast about being the largest travel operator in Europe. I was told that she would arrange someone to call me within 24-48 hrs but I am still waiting.
You now have 72 hrs to rectify the luggage issues with Vueling Airlines accordingly or I have instructed my Credit Card Company to cancel this transaction.
