My complaint:
The Sheraton New York Times Square hotel charged a destination fee of $30 per night. Opodo failed to disclose this to me. They said they would refund it but have so far claimed they are looking into it but done nothing. The Complaint was first made 29th March and it is now mid June.
Suggested solution:
By paying the refund they had promised
