My complaint:
I do not have ref No,I flew through opodo from aberdeen to bangkok via Heathrow,at Heathrow we went as requested to check in at eve air,waited a considerable time only to be told the booking was with thai Airways,we only just made the flight.I had reservations about the return journey on the 21/5/2023,my concern was I would not have enough time to to disembark from eva air,go through passport control,collect my luggage and change terminal and check in with British Airways for my flight to aberdeen.
I I had 1hour 35 minutes to do this,impossible,I phoned opodo regarding this and was told I would have to pay for a flight changeable was quoted over £200 ,I explained it was their fault,got nowhere talking to some foreign person,the phone calls cost me over £100 ,£80 for a new flight ,£80 for hotel,£40 for taxes,when I made the reservation I was not told I would have to check my bags in again at Heathrow,why,if at the time I had known this I would have raised concerns regarding my return flight,to put you in the picture it took me over a hour at passport control at Heathrow,as I said a impossible ask.please help.
