My complaint:
Hi I am Vijay Kumar, I booked tickets with opodo app 2023. After some time they automatically started my opodo prime membership without my permission and charged 54.99 euro. On 26 January 2024 they automatically deduct again 54.99 euro for renew service. I complaint to customer care and cancel my subscription and delete my payment method because that account was my friend. But unfortunately today again I received message of deduction of 54,99 euro again. In one year they charged three times for the subscription. This is annoying Nd harassment for me.
Suggested solution:
I want they should give my last 2 payments and delete my details permanently. I don't want to use their services again.
