My complaint:
I paid on the 20/12 for flights from London to KL as well as Opodo prime membership. The website told me the payment had failed so I re booked the next day. When I checked my credit card I found that my Opodo prime for the first booking had been refunded but that the flights hadn’t. The flights of £1107.58 charged on the 20th has never been refunded
