My complaint:

Having cancelled last year and money was taken anyway. I tried to cancel this year. Despite changing cards they seem to try anyway. Website is terrible and the steps they tell you to take are not there when you look. The email address took some finding. I’ve now been advised to cancel my card again.
Close the account and atop trying to take money from me

Close my account and make unsubscribing online possible
