My complaint:
I booked to go to Venice with my family. They mixed up an old booking from 2019 and cancelled my outgoing flight with my authorisation. They messed up our xmas break and to add insult to injury they won’t refund the inbound flights even though we are insured and even though it’s the fault of theirs and easyJet.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my money back in full as soon as possible.
