Opodo complaint: Taken money for their prime without me signing up and giving no support in getting my money back

My complaint:

I never used Opodo, nonetheless, they took 74.99€ from my bank account. They aren’t supporting in clearing this up and helping me to get my money back. The worst customer service I interacted with so far

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back because I don't use opodo prime and I haven't signed up for it so I don't want to pay for it
