My complaint:
I have not used Opodo prime for 18 months and despite cancelling my membership and complaining they still try and access 59.99 from my account.
Due to this repetitive activity my bank have had to send a text message due to fraud .
I have begged Opodo prime to stop but they continue causing me a great deal of anxiety and stress as I cannot access my bank account.
Suggested solution:
By stopping to try and access my money
