My complaint:

We mis-spelled the names of two of the people on our booking, which was for 4 passengers. We rang to ask that the 2 names were corrected. Opodo requested photocopies of the two passports and a fee of £50, which we paid. After ringing at least twice a week for 8 weeks to ask what was happening and telling the same story again and again , we noticed that the Lufthansa flights Opodo had booked for us now only showed 2 names, myself and my husband and the other 2 passengers were no longer on the Lufthansa booking.
Opodo then said that the tickets had expired and we would have to rebook at our own expense.

Suggested solution:

At least we want the cost of the two tickets - £330.00 plus the £50 we paid to correct the spelling of the names, which they never did.
An apology would be nice too. We spent hours and hours on the phone and nobody ever admitted that Opodo had made an error.
