Opodo complaint: Refund amount

My complaint:

Booking reference 9337154776

As requested I have attached a copy of the refund receipt from Pegasus airlines.
It clearly states that baggage is refunded. In fact all costs have been refunded.

I was told by a opodo advisor that the airline does not refund booking fees and baggage fees.

This is a lie.

Pegasus has paid back the full amount without any deductions. Their advisor told me that every penny is paid back if cancelled within 24 hours, which I did directly with Pegasus.

I expect a full refund from opodo of £1,1180.35

If I fail to receive my full refund, I will never use opodo again and will advice others not to do so and I will take further action.
