My complaint:
Hello,
On the 11th of May Opodo charged my credit card for Opodo Priem that I did not authorized.
I complained on July 7th and got the following reply The Prime subscription is canceled and a refund is requested. We would like to inform you that this can take up to 28 days (according to German legislation) but I never got the money back. I never got a refund.
Later on I noticed that Opodo again, on August 12th, charged my credit card for Opodo Prine.
I complained again but never got an answer.
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied when Opodo refunds me for the money they took from my card for a service that I did not ask for or use.
