My complaint:
I used Opodo once but I didn’t subscribe for their VIP service, yet I was charged for VIP service twice, once on Sep 8th, 2022, and the other time is Sep 8th, 2023, each time it was 59.99£. I suspect that they has a system fault and just taking money from me without sending me any notifications. I demand a refund but they give me a voucher instead. Thus, I would like to file a complaint and ask for my money back.
Suggested solution:
I prefer them to refund me at 120 pounds I have lost. I do not want any voucher as a conpansation.
