My complaint:

I booked a flight for departure on 9 June to 8 July 2021 . However contacted OPODO on 16 May to change date to 8 February 2022 as the ticket permitted changes. After a week no reply from OPODO contacted them and was told they are still waiting for the airline to change. Al this time was speaking to several agents. Along the line the booking was cancelled of which I never requested that they cancel the booking. OPODO agent advised the airline cancelled the flight hence the booking cancellation and that I would get a full refund. After weeks of waiting I was refunded only part of my money. Of which in I contacted them to query why since at no time did I ask any of their agents to cancel the ticket.

My last phone call to OPODO was 2 November where I have asked them to check history of my file and also listen to all the calls. The agent who answered the call assured me that their manager will listen to the calls and that I would get a resolution and pleaded I allow 5 days. It is the 17 November today and still no response from OPODO. I am very frustrated considering I have spoken to several agents who have not resolved it instead I am being lied to for instance I was asked to Lufthansa airline directly even though flight was booked through OPODO. I was promised a callback which I didn’t get. My experience with OPODO has been terrible.

Suggested solution:

Send an email apology and refund the outstanding amount.
