My complaint:
The issue that I have experienced was: I have booked my flight with Opodo with the booking reference number 6827948205 on 29 January 2021. The flight had been cancelled by the airlines and I am waiting for my refund. It’s 11 months I am waiting for my refund. I called customer care several times they just delay saying the amount will be refunded in 72 hours.
Suggested solution:
It occurred on: 29012021
This meant that I have waited for a refund period and my refund is still not been processed. I want my refund as soon as possible.
