My complaint:
My booking wasn’t ed with Wizz Air UK Ryanair and was cancelled. On Friday 23rd December at 14:59, I received a refund of only £49.13 when I had paid £198.43. Can I ask where the rest of the refund is (£149.25) and I need this to be amended as this is causing me a big inconvenience?

I want my money back, a full refund of the £198.43, I received only £49.13 for some reason so there’s still £149.25 to be paid back to me and they’re trying to say it was never taken when that isn’t the case and I ed with my bank. The more and more I contact them about this the more they are looking like a scam company. My partner had problems with them a few months ago too so I’m seeing a trend.
