My complaint:

Dear Sir Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel Agents

The issue that I have experienced was: My ticked has been cancelled due to covid19 and since not refund has been issued. My ticket from Lisbon to sao tome 2020. The airline cancelled the departure flight and stated that they can only refund me the vouchers for the departure and not the return flight because it wasn’t cancelled which does not make any sense, how they expect us to return if we couldn’t go?
Secondly, is four passengers travelling and the airline issued various vouchers therefore even if we want to use them, the platform system doesn’t allow more then one voucher per ticket.
I called the airline myself and they said they are unable to do anything because I did not purchase the ticket directly with them, so the agency where I bought the ticket needs to resolve this.

It occurred on: 2020-04-30

This affect me Financially and mentally because no one has taken the blame and making me in circus. Very fulstrating and stressful.

I want them to issue my full refund in money
