My complaint:
Booked via OPODO a Ryanair flight – could not check-in one day before online. Opodo just did not react at all. No service nothing.
Had to check in at the airport and pay 55 € extra. That is fraud!!!!!
Will never book via OPODO again!!!
Suggested solution:
Refund of the 55 €!!!
