My complaint:
Dear sir madam
We have booked (4 of us) tickets in March with Opodo. Flight was in September, we have received an email with notification that the flights were cancelled . We have tried to rebook the flight and don’t have this option , sent an email no response 🙁 Asking for refund or issue a voucher and the system is saying is still processing . The problem is that in March it will be 2 years:( it is radicalours and for me it is a lot of money ! We are taking about £287.00 each
