My complaint:
I booked a multi city flight for 4 passenger from London to FARO,IBIZA AND RETURN TO LONDON with OPODO and for 4 and a half weeks I have been trying to cancel or change the flight. I have had at least 17 calls with someone each lasting about 35 mins and there has been no resolution. The flight is on 20th of august im not able to flight because one of the passenger lost a member of the family to the covid THE ONLY THING THEY SAID TO WAIT FOR 24 OR 48 HOURS always when calling them they said the same thin im tired i need help
