I found a rental car via OpodoKeddy to pick up a vehicle at the Sheffield Europcar on 12th January 2022; however, this was cancelled due to no car being available. I spoke to an agent who noted they would issue a full refund within 20 working days. This has still not come through. Can you please tell me how to contact someone for this issue, if this is not with yourself?
