My complaint:
My file number with OPODO is 5063297164. In March of 2020 with the outbreak of Covid-19, l booked a flight home to Canada from Malaga Spain through London. 24 hours before my Norwegian Air flight was to depart it was cancelled. Because of the utter chaos of people needing to get home I was unable to book an alternative flight to London thus missing my London to Canada flight as well. I am still waiting for resolution after nearly two years.
It is impossible to contact this company either by email or phone, this company needs to either do better or get out of the business.
Suggested solution:
My Norwegian Air flight should by refunded in full plus penalties. My WestJet flight should be at a minimum , fully compensated.
