My complaint:
Booked 2 tickets on there site for my girlfriend and
Daughter from stavanger to Gatwick. My girlfriend asked if I had the tickets, I said no I thought they were being mailed to her email. She checked no emails I checked mine nothing. I checked my bank account and money had come out in November. Tried to phone them message said enter booking reference number obviously I had no number so phone wouldn’t let me go any further. Went on site to email them just put through to a robot who said would get back to me with answers I tried several times no answer. Couldn’t get anywhere with that so I had to book 2 more tickets with Norwegian. When my girlfriend got to the airport norwegian said they had 2 lots of tickets. We had no way of knowing this before because Norwegian couldn’t give me the info because Opodo had book the tickets.
Suggested solution:
Full refund for both tickets.
