My complaint:
Hello, I have booked and paid for a ticket with Opodo, but before i enter my contact details the page went off line
I later found the details in the ticket is wrong
and even though i paid extra for fixable service to be able to change anything
i was not able to as there are no human agent and the automated system is not recognising my booking details
Suggested solution:
either grant me access to my booking or cancel and refund my money
