My complaint:

booked a trip 22nov 2022 with opodo paid for it money taking from account but after nearly a week
still no reply in a form of an email regarding booking ation etc i would like a full refund
and forget about that company in the future not professional at all

Suggested solution:

by refund me the £338 pounds taking from my bank account
